Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of multiple large-scale federal projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) with clear interdependencies and critical paths to guide project execution.
- Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies for internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support project success and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain resource plans to allocate personnel and technology effectively across multiple projects.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to enhance project execution efficiencies and overall performance.
- Manage project scope changes proactively to prevent scope creep and minimize project risks.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop risk mitigation plans, and oversee their implementation throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget by analyzing financial metrics such as profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resource utilization.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a professional services or managed services environment, with a focus on externally facing customer projects.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects within a federal or government-related setting.
- Strong background in networking, storage, virtualization, cloud solutions, security, or collaboration technologies such as unified communications.
- Prior experience with multisite deployment projects, including wireless, Wi-Fi, and point-of-sale systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial processes and the ability to analyze and generate financial reports, preferably using Clarity.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder analysis, risk management, strategic planning, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.

Salary : $50 - $53
