Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Planview platform to ensure optimal performance.
- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues.
- Configure and customize the system to meet team and project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project planning and resource allocation processes.
- Monitor system health and perform regular updates and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding users within the platform.
- Generate reports and dashboards to facilitate project tracking and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Stay current on Planview updates, features, and best practices.
- Proven experience administering and supporting Planview or similar project management platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for user support and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of project management, resource planning, and portfolio management principles.
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Relevant certifications or training in Planview preferred.
- Availability to support and respond to platform needs during business hours.
- Legal Authorization to work in the designated location without sponsorship.

Salary : $45 - $65
