The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading Windows 10 systems, as well as supporting networking and communication technologies. The individual will work primarily on-site, supporting clients and maintaining infrastructure across West Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades on Windows 10 systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and other desktop software.
- Provide network support, including LAN/WAN configuration, cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber), and network communications troubleshooting.
- Rack and stack networking equipment in technical environments.
- Maintain and support communication technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, and Ubiquiti radios.
- Support mobile device enrollment, application deployment, and updates on iOS platforms.
- Manage Active Directory user and computer objects, including implementing Group Policy basics.
- Document technical processes and incident reports accurately within service management systems.
- Utilize rental vehicles for daily travel within West Texas, including overnight stays as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding technical issues, solutions, and project updates.
- 5-10 years of experience in field technical support, network installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting desktop software.
- Demonstrated experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, cable installation, and network communications.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, and Ubiquiti radio technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Citrix, and Active Directory concepts is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate rental vehicles.
- Flexibility to travel daily within West Texas, including overnight stays.
- Ability to work on-site in Midland, TX.

Salary : $30 - $35
