The ideal candidate will lead cloud-focused IAM initiatives, specialize in enterprise IAM platforms, and possess a strong understanding of AI ecosystems and multi-agent interactions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement architectures that create and manage unique machine identities for AI agents
- Ensure AI agents are distinctly identifiable from human users and other agents to enable attribution and traceability
- Integrate enterprise IAM solutions into AI and agent-based systems, extending traditional IAM principles to AI ecosystems
- Identify gaps in current IAM capabilities within AI environments and develop innovative solutions for identity governance and access control
- Develop identity models linking AI agents with their human owners to promote accountability
- Enable comprehensive monitoring and tracking of AI agent interactions, actions, and ownership relationships
- Address enterprise challenges related to scalable identity assignment, management, and governance of AI agents
- Lead architecture and design efforts for IAM solutions within cloud environments, primarily on Azure, with exposure to AWS
- Serve as a technical expert for AI-focused IAM initiatives, providing guidance across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend IAM capabilities tailored to emerging AI and multi-agent systems
- 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) across enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in designing IAM architectures in cloud platforms, particularly Azure; AWS experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint
- Experience or active interest in AI/ML systems, agent-based architectures, or emerging AI ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative IAM solutions beyond standard configurations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
- Available to work in a fully remote.
