Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, collect, and review detailed business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business design documents based on stakeholder inputs and requirements.
- Create user stories to clearly communicate business needs to development and QA teams.
- Assist development and QA teams in translating business requirements into technical designs and test plans.
- Participate in design, development, and testing phases to verify that deliverables meet business expectations.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and organize training sessions prior to application releases.
- Work closely with product owners and other business analysts to define product roadmaps and release schedules.
- Manage and prioritize the application backlog using tools such as ADO TFS or Jira.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance internal application functionality and user satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working with diverse business and technical teams.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience managing application backlogs using tools like ADO TFS or Jira.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as PMI PBA or IIBA CBAP are a plus.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to perform work on-site as required by the role.
