Independent Sales Associate — Cosmetic Dental Closer

GDG Smiles is a high-demand cosmetic dentistry brand specializing in veneers and smile design. We operate with a professional Sales Den model, allowing closers to work warm inbound leads in a high-energy, performance-driven atmosphere.

• This is NOT a receptionist role.
• This is a high-ticket closer position working real inbound demand.
• Opportunity

We receive an enormous volume of warm, interested cosmetic leads every day. With an average booking value of $2,600–$8,000 , top closers earn more than $130,000/year.

As an Independent Sales Associate, you will:

• Close warm inbound cosmetic dentistry leads
• Conduct consultations via phone or SMS
• Educate customers on veneers and cosmetic options
• Book appointments secure deposits
• Participate in the GDG Sales Den for priority inbound leads

You will select one Lead Flow Block per month:

• AM Block: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Block: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Participation in the Sales Den is optional, but only contractors active in the Den receive priority inbound opportunities.

Requirements

• Must live in Fort Lauderdale or nearby
• Strong closing experience (phone or DM)
• Positive energy and ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• Tech-friendly (GHL, CRM workflow, scripts)
• Independent contractor mindset: hungry, competitive, consistent
