We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Program Coordinator to oversee all RSA-authorized Job Training and Internship programs, including the Sales Associate and Office Administration tracks. This role ensures compliance with RSA requirements, supports direct service staff, and manages communication with VR Counselors.
Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of RSA-authorized Job Training programs, including Sales Associate and Office Administration tracks.
- Ensure training sites (retail locations, offices, community partners) follow program expectations.
- Ensure all services follow Purchase Authorization requirements, including timeline, units, curriculum, and billing.
- Maintain ongoing communication with VR Counselors regarding client onboarding, attendance, progress, and completion.
- Review and approve all service documentation, such as progress reports, time logs, curriculum tasks, and final evaluations.
- Ensure all Vendor Personnel meet RSA compliance (background check, Code of Conduct, E-Verify, training).
- Provide supervision and guidance to Job Training Coaches across both internship types.
- Monitor accuracy and timeliness of invoices and required reporting submitted to DES/RSA.
- Maintain secure digital and physical records in line with confidentiality and RSA policy.
- Troubleshoot client issues and support staff with coaching strategies and accommodations.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Services, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field).
- Experience coordinating vocational programs, employment services, or RSA contracts preferred.
- Strong administrative, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, coaches, and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Must pass a background check and meet RSA Vendor Personnel requirements.
