Security SPI

Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, respond to incidents, and enforce property rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Operate and maintain CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing assistance as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide support during investigations.
• Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations as required.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
• Experience in a militarized environment or holding relevant certifications is a plus.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
