Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with property inquiries, providing detailed instructions and access to the property rules and such
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers onsite
Experience
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to guide team members effectively
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs seamlessly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain rules and answer resident questions confidently
