We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee civil and water/wastewater construction projects valued between $10M–$20M . The ideal candidate will ensure project safety, quality, profitability, and on-time delivery, while effectively leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project delivery, including schedule, budget, and safety compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee cost controls, invoicing, cash flow management, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to project documents, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor project staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals
- 5 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
- Proven experience in water/wastewater and civil construction projects
- Strong financial acumen, scheduling expertise, and project controls skills
- OSHA certification required
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
