MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Business Process Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the program. You will play a crucial role in providing quality reporting and meeting deliverable deadlines. Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and document business process models using appropriate tools and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Design and implement process improvements that contribute to operational efficiency. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes and make adjustments as necessary. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management. Support project management activities as required Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Business Process Analyst must have: Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree Experience: 1 years of related experience Technical skills: Proficient in excel - VBA, XLOOKUP; Able to manage data in SharePoint and/or ePMO PowerApps and Power BI experience is highly preferred High attention to detail, especially in data entry and quality checks. Effective communication skills to drive deliverables to completion with approved timeline. The likely salary range for this position is $54,083 - $73,171. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
