HOW A NETWORK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Manages network administration and support operations for a business area or customer, including supervising assigned professional and support staff. Supervises and provides guidance to a team ensuring work quality and completion of projects and task. Drives completion of projects and task by identifying challenges and finding ways remove impediments. Works with customers, other teams and vendors to ensure team success. Manage completion of projects, changes request and incident resolution ensuring availability of services for the customer and its users. Provide critical analysis of current solutions and solution recommendations to identify right sized solutions that provide security, redundancy and fault tolerance. Extensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures - Understanding of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
