HOW AN ISSE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Ensure security policies and procedures are implemented Ensure security policies and procedures are implemented Ability to create and maintain system BOE documents to include SSPs, architecture diagrams, contingency planning, and continuous monitoring documentation Ability to write and modify documents to include SOPs, processes, and other guidance documentation WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelors Degree (Computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline) Required Experience: 8 yrs Experience with cloud security Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with gaining an ATO for systems and working the systems through the assessment and authorization process Experience with vulnerability scanning tools to include Nessus, WebInspect and other vulnerability scanning tools Strong understanding of RMF, CNSSI 1253, NIST 800-53, NISPOM Experience with JIRA and requirements management Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph Desired Certifications: Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, NCSF, CAP Location: Bethesda, MD GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match Comprehensive health and wellness packages Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications Cutting-edge technology you can learn from Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays #WeAreGDIT #JET The likely salary range for this position is $163,821 - $221,638. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
