Customer Service Member Solutions Coordinator
GCSAA is seeking an individual with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. This position’s primary purpose will be to process the daily membership check batch, reclassify memberships, and print membership cards while serving as a primary call center team member. This full-time position also assists with the annual conference and trade show.

Qualified candidates possess:
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
· Organizational skills and ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Must adhere to the GCSAA service standards, bylaws and deadlines while processing daily membership batches
· Must be able to travel to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (5-6 days annually) and provide onsite support for registration operations
· Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative or accounting duties and providing superior customer service
· Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
· Valued, but not required, an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Familiarity with the game of golf is a plus but not required
· Must live within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Lawrence, KS

Hourly pay rate will be $18.00 - $19.00/hour. In addition to GCSAA’s attractive compensation/benefits package, we also provide generous paid leave, a hybrid work schedule and allow for community involvement opportunities.
