We’re Hiring: Production Pilot Line Leader / Supervisor (Contract) — Shakopee, MN 🚨
CommScope is growing, and we’re building a brand-new pilot manufacturing line to support an exciting upcoming product launch. We’re looking for a hands-on Pilot Line Leader / Supervisor to help stand up this operation and lead a team of 10–20 assemblers and technicians onsite at our Shakopee, MN facility.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Lead and supervise a newly formed pilot production line
• Hire, onboard, and train new contract personnel
• Manage daily/weekly production priorities and resource allocation
• Drive a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment
• Partner closely with Design & Manufacturing Engineering teams
• Support troubleshooting of new equipment and process development
• Oversee materials, inventory accuracy, and revision control
• Help document and improve NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
• Coordinate shipping to ensure timely delivery
• Manage quality events, including quarantines, sorting, and retesting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in engineering (or related STEM), OR 2-yr technical degree with strong experience
• Manufacturing leadership/supervisor experience
• 2 years in process or manufacturing engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and process-optimization skills
• Knowledge of precision measurement tools
• Excel proficiency
• Team-focused leader who can help drive a new pilot line forward
💼 Contract Details:
• Onsite – Shakopee, MN
• Contract role 12 months extension
