What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the tech, telco, and broadcast sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Partner with recruiters to match top-tier talent with client roles.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account expansion.
- Deliver a world-class client experience from onboarding to ongoing strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide consultative insights.
- Track performance metrics and consistently hit personal and team targets.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped Commission: Your success = your earnings
- Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days in our Orlando office, 2 days remote (or fully remote for the right candidate)
