Position Overview
We are hiring a Canvass Lead to lead and develop a team of door-to-door canvassers responsible for setting roof inspections.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who brings strong energy, leads by example, and knows how to keep a team motivated and producing. The right person is competitive, relatable, team-focused, and comfortable holding people accountable while building a winning culture.
This is not a sit-back management position. You will be in the field with the team, helping improve conversations at the door, reinforcing standards, and driving qualified roof inspection appointments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of canvassers setting roof inspections door-to-door
- Train new team members through paid training and field coaching
- Lead by example with attitude, urgency, and consistency
- Keep team energy high and help build a competitive, team-first culture
- Hold canvassers accountable to daily activity and performance expectations
- Help improve confidence, communication, and appointment-setting ability
- Support daily field execution and overall team production goals
