This position is Temp to PermJob Title: PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Project CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:Support project coordinators in PLM, introducing new parts and complex modules. PLM involves managing a product’s lifecycle from concept to production and retirement.Manage D&E project material availability, execution, and risk resolution.Advise stakeholders on PLM, supply chain, and configuration changes.Conduct structural analyses and implement operational plans.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain work instructions/processes.Mentor, coach, and onboard new project coordinators.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications:BSc/MSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years relevant post-college experience; semiconductor/tech industry experience preferred.Strong understanding of PLM, planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.Analytical, organized, assertive, and proactive problem-solver.Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-tech, low-volume environments.Technical affinity and customer-focused mindset.Other Requirements:Office/hybrid role; occasional travel.Must be able to sit, walk, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform typical office duties.Vision: close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.Company DescriptionGCR Professional Services is an engineering and information technology staffing firm (direct-hire, consultants, contract-to-hire).
