This role is a plant operator position on site at our Royse City, TX location. With safety in mind, the incumbent will produce finished products to fill customer orders.
The incumbent will participate in regulatory testing and team meetings, recommending necessary changes in procedures that will improve quality and production output, reduce costs waste generation and improve health and safety
Other duties include participating in housekeeping within the production and warehouse areas and assisting in monthly inventory counts and reconciliations
All shipments are prepared to order, properly loaded and prepared in accordance with DOT regulations

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, REQUIRED
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly or related, REQUIRED
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly or related, PREFERRED
- Strong reading, math and technical skills, REQUIRED
- Ability to qualify on processes & equipment in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment, REQUIRED
- Able to communicate clearly in English both in writing and verbally, REQUIRED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor, ambient temperatures and conditions, REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to EHS, quality and Customer Service, REQUIRED
