The selected candidate will ensure the secure and timely delivery of program materials while maintaining strict adherence to quality assurance standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive professional capable of operating in a high operations-tempo environment and supporting sensitive mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international shipments of materials.
- Ensure the quality assurance of delivery processes, verifying materials arrive securely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable security protocols, transportation regulations, and hazardous materials handling requirements.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, manifests, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation or delivery issues.
- Implement and maintain logistics tracking systems and reporting to support operational visibility.
- Support contingency planning and rapid-response logistics in support of mission requirements.
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures for sensitive or controlled materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex logistics operations.
- Proven knowledge of hazardous materials handling, transportation regulations, and associated compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of customer mission objectives and mission lines of effort.
- Experience supporting high operations-tempo environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to adhere to stringent security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
