| GCI's Performance Management Engineer I (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial focus) will work proactive performance manage and fault detection of all active network systems, business services, and service assurance elements for compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Proactively deliver end-to-end performance monitoring and provide optimal performance that meets user expectations. Ensure seamless collaboration between teams, tools, stakeholders, and processes through continuous feedback loops with engineers, product owners, and business analysts to monitor systems. | ||||||

The position is responsible for the design, implementation, Performance monitoring, optimization, and ongoing support of HFC-based access networks supporting broadband, video, and voice services. Additional Job Requirements: This is an entry level engineer within the Performance Management discipline. Must be competent at preforming tasks for further review by senior staff. Completes tasks on time and within budget. Works under close supervision with periodic review throughout process, phases, or project. Ability to apply engineering principles, with computer software, application design, coding, testing and quality assurance.
