Neff Power, a GCG company, is currently seeking a summer Mechanical Design Intern for their 80/20 design team! As an 80/20 Design Engineer Intern, you will work directly with Neff’s engineering and product management groups to learn about aluminum extrusion and design and assembly of 80/20 products.

Hours: 29 hours a week required. We are flexible with the schedule, but you will need to be in the office 4-5 days a week

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside engineers to assemble aluminum extrusion products
- Operate basic hand tools: wrenches, sockets, drills, etc
- Work alongside product managers to design products with AutoCAD and Solidworks
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed
- Current enrollment in a mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering program required
- Experience using AutoCAD or SolidWorks required
- Experience using hand tools (wrenches, sockets, etc) required
- Willingness to work onsite
