Surface Operator - Underground Mine - Temporary-to-hire

• Driver's License in good standing (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Heavy equipment experience, operating skid steer and front-end loaders preferred but not required.
• Must be flexible and available to work any assigned shift—including days, swing shifts, weekends, and overnight (graveyard) shifts—as part of our 24/7 operational schedule.
• MSHA Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, non-DOT physical, and DMV check.
• Must live within 60 miles of Hesperus Co. or be willing to relocate.
