What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at GCC?
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist to join our GCC facility team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory across finished goods, raw materials, and packaging — while ensuring that wholesale and brand orders are picked, packed, and fulfilled accurately and on time. You'll also roll up your sleeves to support production and packaging as needed.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a fast-paced service or food service background — if you're used to keeping up in a high-volume environment, staying organized under pressure, and delivering consistent, quality work with a smile, you'll fit right in here.
This position reports directly to the Facility Director.
