Position: Field Service Technician
We are seeking a self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities
- Perform service installs, repairs, and maintenance on commercial/industrial boilers, burners, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chilled water systems, motors, heating units, pumps, compressors, furnaces, burners, and fans.
- Conduct combustion tuning and commissioning on linkage and parallel positioning systems.
- Maintain accurate work orders, service logs, and safety records.
- Follow company policies/procedures and maintain clear communication with dispatch and supervisors.
- Participate in on-call rotation for scheduled and emergency service work.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of direct experience servicing and maintaining steam/hot water boilers, burners, and control systems.
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Experience with burner controls: Honeywell, Fireye, Siemens.
- Knowledge of ignition sequences, combustion tuning, and commissioning.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50–75 lbs with/without assistance.
- Climb ladders, kneel, squat, bend, push/pull.
- Walk and drive extensively.
- Work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, wet/slippery).
- Overtime and travel as required.
