Customer Service Representative — Reno Office

We are looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to support clients and agents in our Reno office. This person will help clients with everyday insurance questions, keep records accurate, and make sure requests are followed through to completion.
Responsibilities
Answer calls, greet visitors, and respond to client emails and messages.
Help clients with policy documents, billing questions, renewals, and changes.
Gather information for quotes and applications, then coordinate with the appropriate agent.
Follow up with clients, carriers, and agents on outstanding requests.
Schedule appointments and help prepare for client meetings.
Maintain accurate client records and handle personal information confidentially.
Help identify when a client needs to speak with a licensed agent about Medicare, health, or property and casualty coverage.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable using email, office software, and client management systems.
Able to manage multiple requests while paying attention to detail.
Insurance office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
English and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
An insurance license is a plus but is not required for administrative support. Insurance recommendations, plan discussions, and sales activities must be handled by an appropriately licensed agent.
