Salary: $55k-$85kSUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Video Content Manager transforms stories of persecuted Christians into high-quality video content that mobilizes prayer, giving, and awareness across GCR's influencer partnerships, FLP cultivation, and campaign assets. This is a hands-on creative role (50% editing/producing) combined with team coordination (50% managing contractors and workflow).You'llwork within the creative visionestablishedby the Senior Director of Field Story & Recurring Giving,executing onthe Content Lab model while continuously improving how we tell the stories of believers who risk everything for their faith.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis roleis responsible forthe following duties, but is not limited to:Hands-On Content ProductionEdit and produce flagship video content yourself, includinginfluencer kits, social reels, and rapid-response content when speed and quality bothmatter. Create contentoptimizedfor each platform withdeepunderstanding of what performs and why.Team Coordination & Production ManagementDeploy contractors across parallel projects based on organizational priorities and deadlines. Give clear creative direction, review work, provide constructive feedback, andmaintainquality standards across all team output. Manage productionworkflowand keep things moving without bottlenecks.Tactical Creative Decision-MakingWithin the frameworkestablishedby leadership (brand guidelines, theological alignment, security protocols), make day-to-day creative calls: which story, what format, which music, what pacing. Adapt content for different partners based on their style and audience. Iterate based on performance data.Pre-Production CollaborationParticipate in field trip planning, contributing ideas for social-first content concepts. Join discovery sessions with influencer partners to understand platform goals and content style. Stay current on social media trends and bring those insights to production planning.Additionalduties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSSocial media platformexpertise.
