Salary: $60,000-$80,000/yearSUMMARYThe Partnerships Manager is responsible for building, cultivating, and managing authentic relationships with Christian social media influencers, creators, and public figures. This role drives partnership campaign growth, ensuring that all collaborations align with GCRs mission, values, and strategic fundraising or awareness goals.The ideal candidate is a strong believer in Jesus Christ, a natural team player, and thrives under pressure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is responsible for the following duties, but is not limited to:Source and identify micro, macro, and mega-influencers across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) whose audience demographics, values, and content align perfectly with the GCRs mission.Conduct in-depth vettingof potential partners, including content review, audience authenticity checks, and mission alignment validation to ensure brand safety and spiritual integrity.Manageand continuously update the Influencer Relationship Management (CRM) database,tracking all communications, campaign histories, and performance data.Lead initial outreachand develop compelling pitch materials that clearly articulate the shared value proposition of a partnership.Assist in negotiatingpartnership terms, compensation, deliverables, and usage rights, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and legal requirements.Cultivateand nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key influencers, actingas the GCRs primary point of contact and relational steward.Collaboratewith the Social Media Coordinator to develop detailed, compelling creative briefs for influencer campaigns.Ensureinfluencers understand and adhere to campaign timelines, content quality standards, and FTC/platform disclosure guidelines.Overseecontent approval processes, providing constructive feedback to ensure all contentaccurately reflects the GCRs messaging and tone.Trackand analyze key influencer-specific metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, conversion/donation metrics, cost-per-acquisition) for all managed partnerships.Collaborateclosely with the Social Media Coordinator to interpret partnership performance data and share insights for continuous optimization.REQUIREMENTSProven track recordof successfully identifying, vetting, and managing paid and/or pro bono influencer campaigns from start to finish.Exceptional relational and communication skillswith the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with high-profile creators.Strong negotiation skillsand a solid understanding of influencer contracting, usage rights, and disclosure laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).Deep knowledgeof major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and current influencer trends.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Knowledge of AI for social media purposes.Passion for the mission of supporting persecuted Christians.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.3 yearsof professional experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or PR/outreach, preferably within the non-profit, faith-based, or mission-driven sector.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYThis position may have direct reports.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a home office environment.
