The Day-to-Day
- Straight to the Site: No morning office commute. Get your schedule the night before and head directly to your first job from home.
- Keep it Moving: You'll typically handle 3–5 residential jobs a day across homes, apartments, and townhomes.
- Tech-Integrated: We provide the phone; you provide the updates. Upload notes and photos to keep our dispatch team in the loop.
- Trusted Judgment: We rely on your eyes in the field. If you spot a potential issue, we want you to speak up.
We are looking for a technician with a specific, high-level skill set:
- Intermediate Drywall Expert: You must be able to float, texture, and match finishes so the repair is invisible.
- Minor Plumbing: Proficient in swapping faucets and supply lines, troubleshooting leaks, and replacing toilets.
- Electrical Essentials: A solid understanding of residential systems, including replacing fixtures and outlets.
- Independent Project Management: The ability to take a scope of work and see it through to completion without hand-holding.
- Broad Repair Knowledge: Skilled in carpentry, flooring, millwork, tile, basic masonry, and alarm systems.
- 2 years of hands-on residential maintenance experience.
- Versatility across multiple trades.
- Your own reliable tools and transportation (plus a valid driver's license).
- A "No Excuses" mindset-when a curveball hits, you solve it.
- Bonus points if you hold any trade certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
- Base Pay: $25.00 per hour.
- Performance Pay: 7% Performance-Based Compensation increment.
- Gas Support: Up to $150/week stipend.
