The Role
As a Leasing Agent at GC Realty & Development, you're the face of our homes. You'll meet with prospective renters, show them around, answer their questions, and make the leasing process smooth, easy, and exciting.
You'll be out and about - checking on properties, updating listings, and connecting with people - so no two days look the same. - Be a friendly, knowledgeable resource for prospects and agents
- Always follow Fair Housing standards and our GC Realty processes
- Leasing experience (1 year required, 3 preferred)
- Valid Leasing Agent license
- People skills great communication (you love connecting)
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Team player with a self-starter vibe
- Availability to work in office, IL, Monday-Friday 8-5
