Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pawnbroker role based in Lakeland, FL. As a Pawnbroker, you will engage in daily tasks such as assisting customers with loans, purchases, and sales, evaluating and pricing items, and maintaining inventory records. You will also ensure exceptional customer service and a positive in-store experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in Computer Literacy to handle point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Customer Service experience with a focus on creating positive customer interactions
- Experience in Hiring or training staff is a plus
