Job Summary:
The General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily operations in a manufacturing and packing environment. This role involves preparing products for shipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
- Operate basic machinery and production line equipment
- Assemble products and materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Load and unload materials, boxes, and supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Meet daily production and packaging quotas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packing (a plus)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
