We're looking for an experienced Shower & Bathroom Remodel Installer who is passionate about quality craftsmanship and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential shower and bathroom remodeling projects
• Install acrylic and cultured marble shower systems
• Complete one-day shower installations
• Perform tub-to-shower conversions
• Install shower pans, wall systems, doors, glass, and accessories
• Basic plumbing fixture installation
• Basic framing, drywall, waterproofing, and finish carpentry
• Install flooring, vanities, and toilets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Protect customer homes throughout the installation
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Train and assist apprentice installers as the company grows

Qualifications

• 5 years of bathroom remodeling experience preferred
• Experience installing acrylic shower systems
• Experience with cultured marble systems preferred
• Experience performing one-day shower installations
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods
• Ability to solve jobsite challenges independently
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Leadership experience is a plus

Buscamos un Instalador Líder de Duchas y Remodelación de Baños con experiencia, responsable y comprometido con la excelencia.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos de remodelación de baños
• Instalar sistemas de ducha acrílicos y de mármol cultivado
• Realizar instalaciones de duchas en un día
• Completar conversiones de bañera a ducha
• Instalar puertas, paneles, bases y accesorios de ducha
• Instalación básica de plomería
• Carpintería, drywall e impermeabilización básica
• Instalar pisos, gabinetes e inodoros
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y profesional
• Proteger la vivienda del cliente
• Capacitar y apoyar a nuevos instaladores

Requisitos

• 5 años o más de experiencia en remodelación de baños
• Experiencia con sistemas acrílicos
• Experiencia con mármol cultivado (preferida)
• Experiencia en duchas de un día
• Conocimiento de impermeabilización
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Transporte confiable
• Capacidad para levantar más de 75 libras
• Responsable y con excelente actitud
