We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology programs with a strong focus on financial services domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise along with a solid technical background, preferably with experience in credit/cards platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams and workstreams
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and roadmaps
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and security standards
- Oversee Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and release management
- Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
- Facilitate cross-team integrations, especially across payment systems, credit/card platforms, and digital commerce solutions
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of IT experience with strong Program Management background
- Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology programs
- Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly credit/cards domain
- Hands-on exposure to modern architecture (APIs, microservices, distributed systems)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
