We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology programs with a strong focus on financial services domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise along with a solid technical background, preferably with experience in credit/cards platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams and workstreams
Drive program planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and roadmaps
Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and security standards
Oversee Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and release management
Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
Facilitate cross-team integrations, especially across payment systems, credit/card platforms, and digital commerce solutions
Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of IT experience with strong Program Management background
Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology programs
Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly credit/cards domain
Hands-on exposure to modern architecture (APIs, microservices, distributed systems)
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
