Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Interface Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of data interfaces and conversions within the Epic ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Bridges and a solid understanding of healthcare data integration and interoperability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and support interfaces using Epic Bridges and related Epic tools.
- Manage data conversions between Epic and external systems.
- Collaborate with application teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in production and non-production environments.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for interfaces, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Participate in upgrade testing and interface validation activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Bridges Certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in building and supporting Epic interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange standards.
- Experience with data conversions, ETL processes, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
