We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in backend application support and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, basic programming knowledge (any language), and hands-on experience in monitoring and resolving production issues in distributed systems.
Production Support Engineer (Backend) – 3–4 Years Experience.
Responsible for handling production issues, Sev1/Sev2 incident resolution, and ensuring application stability in backend systems.
Strong experience in log analysis, API troubleshooting, SQL-based data validation, and Linux/Unix environments required.
Hands-on exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or similar for application health and alert management.
Basic programming knowledge in any language (Java/Python/JavaScript, etc.) and understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments preferred.
Experience with RCA, Kafka, and focus on reducing downtime through quick issue resolution and permanent fixes.
