The opportunity
This role supports two DTC brands: GoldSilver and GBI Direct. GoldSilver is one of the most trusted names in precious metals investing — with 1.5M social followers, 840K YouTube subscribers, over 130M YouTube views, and a loyal audience of investors who take their financial futures seriously. GBI is the fintech engine behind it, building infrastructure that connects alternative assets to wealth managers and retail investors globally.

What you'll own
You'll be the operating force behind our DTC go-to-market execution across all brands and channels. That means owning the full system not just campaigns, but the infrastructure that makes growth repeatable and scalable.
- Go-to-market strategy and execution: translating vision into plans that ship, from campaigns to always-on programs
- CRM and lifecycle: owning how we capture, nurture, qualify, and convert leads across the funnel
- Web and digital presence: ensuring our sites, landing pages, and conversion paths are working as hard as they should
- Discovery and acquisition: driving growth across SEO, paid, affiliates, video, and emerging AI-driven channels
- Campaign orchestration: building and running integrated campaigns that move audiences from awareness to action
- Measurement and optimization: owning the reporting loop, making decisions from data, and improving performance over time
- Team direction: leading a capable offshore execution team with clarity, giving them what they need to move fast
What we're looking for
- You understand financial products, investing psychology, and the mindset of someone protecting their wealth or you're genuinely driven to learn it
- You think in systems -- CRM, lifecycle, web, discovery, and campaigns are one connected engine to you, not separate workstreams
- You move between strategy and execution fluidly — you can sit in a planning conversation in the morning and be reviewing copy or a workflow in the afternoon
- You ask better questions than most; about the customer, the data, the goal, the gap
- You've thrived in environments where figuring things out is part of the job
- You're fluent with AI tools and agents and use them daily to work smarter and faster
- 6–10 years of marketing experience; fintech or financial media preferred
- HubSpot experience is a plus
