Position Overview The Marketing & Social Media Admin is responsible for executing organic social media content, coordinating member communications, managing in-club marketing materials, and supporting brand consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and publish organic content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Capture in-club content including photos, short-form videos, and member highlights.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the marketing calendar. Monitor comments and messages; escalate issues when necessary.
- Track basic engagement metrics and report performance.
Influencer & Community Support
- Assist with communication and coordination of approved influencer or community collaborations as directed by leadership.
- Support scheduling and content capture related to influencer visits or promotional activities.
Member & Guest Feedback Monitoring
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews and other approved member feedback platforms.
- Escalate member experience concerns to leadership or appropriate club management when necessary.
- Highlight positive member feedback that may be appropriate for social media or internal recognition.
Member Communications
- Draft and distribute member emails and internal announcements.
- Support club-level communication needs for promotions and events.
- Ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency across all clubs.
Creative & In-Club Marketing Execution
- Design flyers, posters, banners, and in-club signage.
- Ensure promotional materials are current and properly displayed across locations.
- Create and maintain an organized digital library of club photos, branded assets and templates.
- Support rollout of monthly promotions with accurate materials and graphics.
Campaign & Operational Support
- Assist with implementation of marketing campaigns as directed.
- Ensure creative assets are formatted and delivered on time.
Local Club Support
- Coordinate with GMs on signage and local marketing needs.
- Capture content during club events, activations, and peak hours.
- Maintain visual brand standards across all locations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years marketing experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong skills in video creation and editing for Social Media.
- Proficient in Canva; Adobe or similar tools a plus.
- Experience with social media management, reputation management, or CRM systems preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and comfort filming/interviewing people in clubs.
- Proactive and able to work quickly without errors.
Salary : $47,500
