The Warehouse Lead is a key position within our warehouse, responsible for assisting in the coordination of various aspects of warehouse operations.
This position reports the Supply Chain Manager.
The following is a list of duties and responsibilities, this is not all inclusive list:
- Receive all incoming shipments based on daily records.
- Prepares outgoing shipments as needed including moving and wrapping pallets, tagging pallets with identification, bills of lading and other paperwork.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure all items that are loaded on the trucks align with sales orders.
- Adds items from deliveries into inventory.
- Make sure the warehouse is well organized to facilitate daily operations and to ensure safety.
- Supply Production Department with required components
- Other duties may be assigned

Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to operate and drive a forklift safely.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bonus if you have worked with Inventory System Helpful
Physical Requirements:
- Safely operate pallet moving equipment such as forklift and manual pallet jacks.
- Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
- Will be required to spend the majority of time on his/her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours
- Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 10-60 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 60 pounds
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, ladders, step stool and box cutters.
- Proper PPE must be worn when working in our manufacturing warehouse.
- Identifies discrepancies between physical and computer inventory and performs daily cycle counts and reconciliation tasks.
- Reviews and unpacks incoming shipments to examine for incorrect, damaged items or shortages and records information into our inventory software.
- Is responsible for comparing information on purchase orders, invoices, or other records to match counts and specifics of delivery.
