We’re seeking an architect with 4-10 years of architectural experience. Licensure is preferred, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion—no large team silos—guiding every step of the design process.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Akron, OH. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating project plans, managing integration between disciplines, and overseeing project execution. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed designs, collaborating with civil engineers and surveyors, working closely with clients, and ensuring delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. The Architect will also participate in project management and work as a key contributor to cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating team efforts to meet project goals
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
• Relevant certifications, such as a professional architect license, are preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site
