Summary
The Safety Field Representative (CFR) will serve as the Safety Program team's in the field representative during construction operations for all capital projects at the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for auditing and monitoring all construction work to ensure compliance with established safety programs and procedural requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience level.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Understand and ensure adherence to all expected safety processes and procedures related to construction and site operations.
- Engage directly in the field with construction and operations teams to enforce compliance with safety programs, including:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Hot Work Permitting
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space Entry
- Safe Job Planning and Execution
- Etc…
- Mentor and coach field personnel on safe work practices in alignment with safety programs and industry best practices.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors observed in the field.
- Escalate safety issues and report unsafe practices through proper channels.
- Collaborate with site and project personnel to investigate safety incidents.
- Actively participate in safety improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working on large-scale CAPEX industrial projects across various disciplines (e.g., heavy civil, structural, mechanical, electrical).
- Familiarity with process equipment and commissioning activities.
- 5-years of experience preferred in safety-related roles, including oversight or management of safety programs.
- Safety certifications or formal safety training are preferred (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or equivalent).
