The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, prioritizes safety and quality, and builds strong relationships with project partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day field operations for mission critical construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
- Maintain a strong Safety First culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, designers, and inspectors to drive project success.
- Implement and monitor quality control and quality assurance programs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Review construction documents, shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
- Coordinate and supervise M.O.P. (Methods of Procedure) planning and execution.
- Participate in preconstruction planning and review estimates for site logistics and sequencing.
- Maintain daily reports, weekly updates, and jobsite photo documentation.
- Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction field supervision or superintendent roles.
- Mission critical, data center, or telecom facility experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project or similar scheduling software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel as project needs require to support field operations.
- Operating a motor vehicle on behalf of the company as an essential function of the role. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
