Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet production targets efficiently.
- Enforce strict safety standards in production areas, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Implement and uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) protocols to ensure product quality and safety.
- Oversee the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all team members to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage heavy lifting procedures safely by training staff on proper techniques and equipment use, reducing injury risks.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and effectively.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on safety standards in production settings.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in production planning, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives.
