We are currently looking for a Full-Time Cook. There are no late nights and we have set meal times and menus. Our campus is comprised of two licensed level III Residential Care homes each caring for between 30 - 40 seniors. You would be cooking for between 25-40 seniors from a predetermined menu.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- ServSafe certification or agreement to pass the course within 3 months of hire date.
- Responsible for the daily operations and meal preparation of the kitchen.
- Must ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Gazebo Senior Living standards and budgetary constraints.
- Must be able to maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen, demonstrating this by example, using proper food-handling techniques and procedures that meet the State of Vermont regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
