What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at GAZEBO INN?
We are looking for a highly organized candadite with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service agent. You will assist guests with inquiries, problems, and complaints. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, receiving guests' payments, making keys, and balancing cash at the end of shift in addition to other duties. You must be professional and pleasent in challenging situations, and take responsibility for satisfaction of guests from arrival to departure. Preferred candadites must be positive, pro-active and be skilled at multitasking in a fast paced environment.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
