The Patient Care Technician (PCT/CNA) performs a variety of patient care activities at Gaylord hospital. Working under the direction the RN, the PCT’s have valuable exposure to a wide variety of patient populations and skills while working in a warm and friendly atmosphere with supportive, interdisciplinary teams. With an average patient length of stay 25 -30 days, the PCT is able to develop strong relationships and play a key role in the recovery of our patients.Qualifications:H.S.
