As Program Director, you’ll lead a dedicated team committed to empowering individuals in recovery and strengthening the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and support program staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
- Program Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate residential treatment programming tailored to the needs of men in recovery.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and service quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with social work and behavioral health professionals to integrate 12step and holistic approaches into program services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community partners, and funding agencies.
- Quality and Safety: Conduct and oversee monthly safety drills, facility inspections, and program evaluations.
- Clinical Support: Colead biweekly treatment team meetings and ensure MedicationAssisted Treatment (MAT) compliance and referral processes are maintained.
- Regulatory and Administrative Expertise: Utilize Virtual Gateway, manage thirdparty authorization processes, and ensure adherence to MA DPH RFR and licensing requirements.
- Training & Development: Facilitate staff training and promote best practices in program delivery and management.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health settings.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, documentation, and reporting processes effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human services, social work, or related field.
- Established relationships with local providers, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff within a recoveryoriented environment.
