Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in Buffalo, NY. The Junior Interior Designer will assist in designing refined interiors, including preparing construction drawings, selecting furnishings, fixtures, and engaging in space planning and architectural detailing. The individual will also collaborate closely with senior designers and clients to support project execution from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
- A passion for high-end design and a sophisticated aesthetic
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
