We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Family Law practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Family Law experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
Responsibilities
- Manage Family Law cases from beginning to conclusion
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, conferences, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Ensure timely progression of cases toward resolution
